Seafood Jambalaya Instructions August 11 2015

 

You Will Need
 For 8 oz. “Lil’ Party Size” Bag:
2.5 cups water
1 lb. of seafood (you can select one type or make a combination that equals 1 lb.) – peeled shrimp, peeled crabmeat, peeled crawfish or bite sized pieces of fish filets
 
For 20 oz. “Party Size” Bag:
6 cups water
3 lbs. of seafood (you can select one type or make a combination that equals 3 lbs.) – peeled shrimp, peeled crabmeat, peeled crawfish or bite sized pieces of fish filets
 
Stove Top Instructions: Seafood Jambalaya

  • Add water to pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add Jambalaya Rice Mix and Seafood then bring back to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover pot with lid tightly, turn heat off and leave lid on for 30 minutes.
  • Shout “Yum Yum, Come Get You Some!” Stir and serve.

A little lagniappe - try it with fried oysters on top!
